Email readings are delivered in written format. They are detailed, structured, and designed for reflection and long term reference.

Both formats receive the same level of care and intuitive depth.

Your turnaround clock does not begin until I receive your full set of questions.

Once your questions are submitted, your reading will be delivered within the timeframe listed on the service page.

Please make sure to send your questions promptly so there are no delays.

After purchasing a phone reading, you must email me directly to schedule your time slot.

Phone sessions require a confirmed appointment time. A booking is not automatically scheduled at checkout.

If I call you and you do not answer, I will attempt to call again within five minutes.

If you do not answer the second call, the session is considered a missed appointment.

Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

All sales for readings are final.

If you are unhappy with your initial spread, I am open to pulling your cards one additional time for clarification. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after delivery or for missed phone appointments.

For physical merchandise, returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled directly through the printing company listed on your invoice. I do not process merchandise returns personally.
